DESCRIPTION:About the workshop\n\nThe 2nd Imperial Workshop will be merged/
 piggybacked with the Keynote Program of IEEE VTC2022-Fall. This semi-annua
 l flagship conference of the IEEE Vehicular Technology Society will bring 
 together individuals from academia\, government\, and industry to discuss 
 and exchange ideas in the fields of wireless\, mobile\, and vehicular tech
 nology. The theme of VTC2022-Fall is “Connecting the World through Intel
 ligent Communications and Transportation“. In addition to high-quality t
 echnical sessions\, the conference will feature world-renowned onsite plen
 ary speakers\, tutorials\, workshops\, and industry sessions. Even if it i
 s a hybrid conference\, the authors are encouraged to present their papers
