  Chris Chiu is an Infectious Diseases physician and Immunologist. He under
 went his basic medical training at Cambridge and Oxford Universities\, his
  PhD with Charles Bangham supported by a Wellcome Trust Clinical Research 
 Training fellowship and post-doctoral training funded by an MRC Clinician 
 Scientist fellowship\, during which he furthered his research by working i
 n Rafi Ahmed’s group at Emory University. His research interests focus o
 n pathogenesis and protective immunity in human respiratory viral infectio
 ns and leads a group that uses infection and vaccination of volunteers as 
 well as patient-centred research to investigate systemic and mucosal immun
 ity against these infections.\n \nplease join us in person in the Clinica
