 on launching a Microsoft Dynamics app to help College teams manage their i
 nternal and external networks of contacts. Come and see what the new Custo
 mer Relationship Management (CRM) does and how they are managing the devel
 opment.\n\n\nThe Governance and Community CRM activity team\, headed up by
  Product Owner Caroline Westbrook\, have been working directly with users 
 to create a collaborative database that allows you to record\, monitor and
  improve all the interactions that you have with external business and com
 munity partners\, so that you can leverage those relationships for the ben
 efit of the wider College and society as a whole. \n\n\nThe CRM features 
 a contact database for people\, account database for business tracking int
 eractions. You can log phone calls\, emails\, letters that you send to you
 r contacts and track if they’re engaging with your communications. \n\n
