 anging Planet seminar. Jim is Chair of the Intergovernmental Panel on Clim
 ate Change (IPCC). He was previously Co-Chair of IPCC Working Group III wh
 ich covers the mitigation of climate change\, i.e. methods for reducing em
 issions of greenhouse gases and enhancing atmospheric sinks.\nJim is an Em
 eritus Professor at the Centre for Environmental Policy at Imperial. Find
