 ure and environment in assessing research excellence. In response\, organi
 sations and research leaders now need to reflect on their existing practic
 es and consider how to develop positive research environments for current 
 and future generations of researchers.\nIn this interactive session\, usin
 g insights gained from over a decade of supporting and evaluating organisa
 tional research environments across the UK\, we explore the key factors th
 at underpin positive research cultures and environments.\nYou will have th

 eas and experiences with other participants.\nConsider practical actions t
 o enhance the research environments for your own groups and work areas\n\n
