 la Adeyemi-Bero is a distinguished energy industry leader with 38 years of
  experience across diverse roles and geographies. He is the Founder\, Chie
 f Executive Officer\, and Managing Director of FIRST Exploration & Petrole
 um Development Company Limited (FIRST E&P)\, a Nigerian independent energy
  company established in 2012.\nIn addition to spearheading FIRST E&P’s p
 ursuit to build a sustainable integrated energy business\, Mr Adeyemi-Bero
  serves as Nigeria’s Governor to OPEC and the Chairman of OPEC’s Board
  of Governors\, where his leadership is instrumental in shaping the global
  energy landscape. \nPrior to embarking on the entrepreneurial journey wi
 th FIRST E&P\, Mr Adeyemi-Bero served as the President and Managing Direct
 or of BG Nigeria\, a subsidiary of the British Gas Group. During his time 
 there\, he successfully built an upstream exploration and production compa
 ny as well as an integrated gas business. He also had an illustrious 20+ y
 ear career with Shell\, where he held technical\, commercial\, and busines
 s leadership roles across multiple countries.\n Widely regarded as one of
  Nigeria’s foremost oil and gas professionals\, Mr Adeyemi-Bero is known
  for his integrity\, strategic vision\, and unparalleled leadership experi
 ence. His career spans both the Nigerian and international energy markets\
 , making him a key figure in shaping the industry’s future.\nMr Adeyemi-
 Bero also serves on the boards and governing councils of several independe
 nt organizations\, where he applies his extensive experience\, strategic i
 nsight\, and business acumen to drive their growth and success. He holds a
  BSc in Offshore Civil Engineering from Heriot-Watt University\, Scotland\
 , an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from the Imperial College of Science & T
 echnology\, University of London and an Executive MBA from IMD Lausanne\, 
 Switzerland and Wharton Business School.\n \n\nDr Adetoun Mustapha is a 
 multi-skilled professional with about 30 years’ energy industry experi
 ence spanning Health\, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management\, Technical
  Planning\, Petroleum Economics\, Asset Commercial\, Organizational Effect
 iveness\, Continuous Improvement and Business Transformation. She has a tr
 ack record of working across Functional boundaries\, integrating complex i
 nputs and fostering collaboration among teams to deliver impactful results
 . She has been a pioneer of the cultural and performance transformation of
  Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company driving businessimprovem
 ent to consistently outperform the yearly Free Cash Flow aspiration and em
 bedding a continuous improvement mindset for competitive future.\n She is
  also a global player in environmental epidemiology research. Her research
  focus on air pollution\, social determinants of health and climate chang
 e. She has published several scientific and business papers in national an
 d international journals. She served as Energy Efficiency consultant in Ky
 rgyzstan with the United Nations Volunteers and as a trainer in Kenya with
  UNESCO-Earthwatch Institute. She is a British Chevening and Commonwealth
  Scholar\, the Vice President of Chevening Alumni Association of Nigeria 
 and co-founder of the Imperial College London Black Alumni Network (IBAN).
   She is a fellow of the prestigious Collegium Ramazzini and Past Council
 lor for Africa/Fellow of the International Society for Environmental Epide
 miology. She is a recipient of several national and international awards. 
  She is a graduate of University of Lagos\, University of Wales\, Cardi
 ff and Imperial College London.\n
