 via Teams shall be the exception.\nShort Bio:\nManisha is an Associate Pr
 ofessor and Senior Research Fellow at Oxford Population Health. She is a
  clinician by training and specialised in clinical epidemiology and global
  population health research. She was a Medical Research Council (MRC) Car
 eer Development Fellow and recipient of an MRC Transition Support award. S
 he established and leads a research and training platform for maternal an
 d perinatal health research in India (called MaatHRI) and is using this pl
 atform to conduct large epidemiological studies. Her work focuses on impr
 oving the health of mothers and babies globally through innovative and tra
 nslational research\, with key areas including anaemia and iron deficiency
  in pregnancy\, cardiovascular diseases in pregnancy and fetal heart devel
 opment.\nTalk Description:\nAnaemia in pregnancy is a major problem in all
  countries globally and iron deficiency is a major cause. The talk will co
 ver our research in India and in the UK investigating the effect of matern
 al iron deficiency and anaemia on fetal heart defects and maternal hear
