 r\nFor over twenty years Steph has run her disability inclusion consultanc
 y\, Making Lemonade. She works with organisations on disability inclusion 
 strategies and delivers learning and development training to disabled peop
 le and their managers.\nAn innovative entrepreneur she has won acclaim for
  her approach and commitment to disability equality as a leadership traine
 r\, coach\, professional speaker and role model for other disabled people.
  Steph made the Shaw Trust’s Disability100 Power list in 2018 and has b
