 self and manage nerves  \n\n\ncontrolling and using your voice confident
 ly and with authority  \n\n\neffective ways of maintaining the flow of i
 nformation  \n\n\naccessing CfAE’s wider provision \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\

 \ndeveloping strategies to achieve greater participation – finding your
