 iving laboratory’ for environmental science\, and the home of the Living
  Planet MSc/MRes courses\nYou will participate in a guided tour of the cam
 pus (including experimental field sites)\, hear about the cutting-edge res
 earch of our faculty and staff\, and have the opportunity to attend a Care
 er Fair\, which has been organised for our current Master’s student coho
 rt. Silwood alumni from industry\, academia\, and the public sector will p
 rovide their perspective on how best to use a Silwood Master’s degree to
  achieve your career aspirations.\nThis is a great opportunity for network
 ing\, for meeting members of your potential cohort\, and for learning abou
 t career opportunities in ecology\, evolution\, and environmental science.
 \nDue to room capacity limits\, we’re only able to accommodate one guest
  per applicant.  \nSchedule\n\n11.00 – Arrival at Hamilton Building\n11
 .30 – Silwood Park campus tour\, with buffet lunch afterwards.\n13.30 
 – Careers events (including seminar\, talks and Q&As!)\n16.00 – Post-e
 vent cheese & wine networking\n\n*Please come prepared to spend 45 minutes
  to one hour outdoors (rain gear\, sturdy shoes) – students will have th
 e opportunity to see the ‘living lab’ of forests\, grasslands\, and st
 reams that comprise Silwood Park\, and speak to the scientists running exp
 eriments here! \nSilwood Park\, Imperial’s campus in Berkshire near Asco
 t\, is a leading international centre for research and teaching in ecology
 \, evolution\, and conservation. Our Silwood Park postgraduate courses hav
 e formal links and joint appointments with both the Natural History Museum
  (London)\, the Royal Botanical Gardens (Kew)\, the zoological Society of 
 London and the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust.
