Communications and Events Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Communications and Events Assistant within the Institute of Global Health Innovation.
The post holder will be responsible for providing communications, events and general support to the IGHI team, particularly the Communications and Events Manager and Institute Manager. The post holder will be expected to provide general administrative support for events and activities management such as the Policy Seminar Series, the Annual Lecture and additional IGHI conferences, workshops and supporting centre engagement activities. The post holder will also provide communications support such as website maintenance, developing news stories and social media updates, and through maintaining the IGHI admin and events email addresses and the IGHI master contact list.
Applicants should be educated to A level or equivalent and have experience of working on communications projects, providing event management support and writing for and maintaining websites.
This full-time post is based at the South Kensington campus and will be fixed term for 12 months in the first instance. Travel between other campuses will be required.
