It is a light-touch 3-month programme (a 2-day bootcamp, plus follow-up sessions) that is manageable around a full-time job or studying, culminating in the International Grand Final, where you will compete with teams from across the world to win up to Euros 10,000 and a place on a Climate-KIC Accelerator Programme.

The Greenhouse

Want to become an entrepreneur? Join our pre-incubation programme and get started today!

Got an idea, but want some support and guidance to develop it? The Greenhouse is for you if you want to learn how to become a green entrepreneur. All you need is an idea, and the motivation to make it happen in the future. You don't need any experience, and we particularly encourage applications from students (though, as with all our programmes, it is open to everyone). Over 6 months, we will help you build the skills and knowledge you need to test and develop your idea. Some of our entrepreneurs participate in both Launchpad and Greenhouse at the same time (you are free to apply to both) before going on to apply to the Accelerator.

Whether your idea is not completely developed yet or you need some more time to perfect your already existing business plan, the Greenhouse programme is the place to be. Read more

The Accelerator

Already got an idea that you've started to work on? You might be ready to jump straight into the Accelerator Programme.

We expect applicants to have a clearly thought-out idea, a good understanding of how the tech behind it will work (though you don't necessarily have to have a working prototype yet), and usually at least one team member who is working full-time on the project. It is an open-ended accelerator for climate positive technology and start-ups which offers early stage entrepreneurs access to business coaching with experienced professionals, a range of masterclasses, and up to €60,000 equity-free grant funding. Above all, it provides the opportunity to be part of the largest Cleantech incubation community in the world.

Our next application round closes on 25th November 2018, with the programme starting in January 2019.

Can't wait that long? Apply now to Climate Launchpad to test your idea, learn the skills to succeed, and hugely improve your chance of getting a place on the Accelerator when the time comes!
