HR Partnering team

The HR Partnering team support Senior Managers and Academic Leaders in the delivery of the College mission by providing an initiative-taking and personal service. They have a close working relationship with their departments which allows them to identify and develop local people-focused solutions. They feed into HR centres of expertise to both commission and advise on new and revised processes, policy and culture initiatives. They also advise on change initiatives, as well as provide navigation and support through complex HR processes and employment relations issues. The Progression team are part of the HR Partnering team and their work includes the management of the weekly JE panel and Establishment Review.

Reward Team

The Reward team are charged with the continuous review and development of the College Total Remuneration Package, which covers base pay, reward, recognition and benefits. The College sets its own frameworks, salary scales and approach to pay and benefits, driven by market data and Imperial’s ambition to compete with peer institutions and industry. The team lead the annual local pay bargaining exercise, gender and ethnicity pay gaps reporting and the fair application of pay.
