The College’s Staff Forum events are designed to bring the College community together, to communicate information and updates on the latest College activities, and to provide an environment for staff to share what they think is going well, what could improve, and any concerns they currently have.
We have found that holding the Staff Forum online has meant the events are as accessible as possible to all staff. The Staff Forum is also recorded for any staff that can’t attend the ‘live’ event. The programme will continue to evolve, and we value your feedback on how we can best engage with staff in this way.
