The employment of staff from overseas enhances the experience of all those who work and study at the College.

As an employer and sponsor we must fulfil our responsibility by ensuring that the staff we employ have the right to work in the UK before they commence employment.

These webpages are designed to provide information to both current and prospective staff joining us from outside of the European Economic Area and guidance for our managers when recruiting  such staff.  This guidance includes the process to follow when appointing someone who needs to obtain the right to work through the Points Based System and the ongoing responsibilities throughout that individual’s employment.  If you require specific advice, please contact the HR Staff Hub.
