Some pages and their associated permisssions are cached.

If you have changed permissions, but your users are not seeing the result of your changes, it may be that they are seeing a cached version of the page. To fix this:

1. Open the page in the browser
2. Ensure you areloigged in
3. Click on the Edit link
4. Click on Page Properties: Access (top left)
5. Near the bottom of the Access Properties page, there asi a link Clear Cache. Click on this link.
6. Ask your user to refresh the page and see if they now have the correct permissions. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for the clear cache to work.
