TO PRINT THESE INSTRUCTIONS, RIGHT-CLICK IN THIS BOX AND SELECT 'Print'
- Go to the Owners or Members section as required
- Click on the Add User button

A 'Search and Select User' window will appear. - Type any part of the user name or login into the 'Search for User' box and click Go
A list of teh possible matches willbe shown under 'Results' - Select the required user name and click the Select button.
- The selected user will appear under the Owners or Members lsit as appropriate.
Note that sometimes the system fails to add the user name. This seems to be caused by a desktop setting which we have not yet identified. If thisprovblem affects you, please report it to the ICT Service Desk.
