About this Programme
Developed in partnership with Imagine Learning (formerly Twig Education), Imperial College London offers UK primary school teachers an opportunity to engage in this free online CPD programme and enhance their science teaching skills.
Experts from the worlds of academia and education have come together to create a comprehensive and engaging programme of study that provides you with new ideas and the confidence to explore science in the classroom.
The programme comprises four separate courses of between 6 and 9 units (details below), each providing a certificate upon completion. Depending on your needs, you’re welcome to take any or all of the courses—the choice is yours!

If you are a primary school teacher within the UK and have filled in the form, you will receive an email with your enrolment instructions on how to join. Please check your spam messages. Please contact us if you have not received an email from us within the next 2 weeks.
In order to be eligible for ReachOut CPD you have to be a primary school teacher within the United Kingdom.
You are welcome to use the ReachOut CPD as a resource; however, should you wish to obtain a certificate of completion, you must achieve 80% in the final assessment at the end of the course. Upon completing the assessment, you will be presented with a form to request your certificate. Certificates are emailed during the first week of every month.
Within the course welcome section, you will find a form where you can report any errors or suggestions for improvements.
