Imperial apprentices

This page celebrates and welcomes our new cohort of apprentices for 2018. Our apprentices were inducted on the 3 September,  see some of their stories below.

We will also be including success stories from previous and continuing apprentices, along with feedback from our managers, so please follow this page for updates.

This week we welcome two new apprentices to our Technician Apprenticeship Scheme. Christopher Bird, and Munir Saleh are the eighth cohort of the scheme, and will spend their first year at Kingston College, and a remaining three years working at Imperial, and studying at Kingston one day a week.

Munir Saleh

Munir has started an Electronics and Mechatronics Engineering apprenticeship, and says that he feels the apprenticeship will be an amazing experience where he will learn industry knowledge from his teachers, and tutors at the College.

Christopher Bird

Christopher Bird

Christopher has started a Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship, and says he chose the apprenticeship route because he wanted to gain practical experience alongside his studies. Christopher says that he is looking forward to being part of the workplace environment and the opportunities it has to offer.
