Patient safety has become an increasing topic of focus at all levels of the health system, domestically and internationally and in the UK, the focus on patient safety has never been stronger. In the past five years, a number of important milestones – the NHS Constitution and the Five Year Forward View, just to name a few – have catapulted the patient safety agenda to the forefront of UK healthcare.

The Centre for Health Policy's MSc in Patient Safety has been designed specifically to support policy makers and clinical and managerial healthcare professionals to deliver safe care and champion for safer health systems.
