IDE students invent new navigation compass device for cyclists.

HAIZE is a reinvented compass which is controlled with a phone app designed by IDE Alumni, Javier Soto Morras and Jeff Gough. Instead of pointing north, HAIZE points in the direction of the user's destination. It also allows users to choose their own route before their journey. It can also be used by runners and walkers. Users can explore their surroundings safely while keeping their phone in their pocket.

Other features of HAIZE include tracking friends, downloading routes, call and message notifications and accident notification.
