The recording of contact information of any contractor who is undertaking work on site, such as building work, statutory checks or servicing of equipment, should be part of the Permit to Work process managed by Estates Operations.

Anybody else who arranges a visit by an external person to visit an Imperial College premises should undertake a risk assessment to limit close contact, arrange an induction, and arrange for them to provide the information requested in the downloadable form (see the box to the right). Once completed, this form should be emailed to the COVID Contact Tracing Hub. This information must be kept by the host for two weeks, and then destroyed.

Visitors should be encouraged to participate in community asymptomatic testing, however this cannot be a requirement.
