My Imperial will replace Student eService as the College student portal from January 2020. 

My Imperial is designed to be easy to use and consists of the following personalised tiles with self-service capability:

  • My ID Photo - for new students to upload their photo for College ID card
  • My Personal Details - for students to view and maintain their personal details
  • My Passport, Visa and CAS - for overseas students to manage supporting documentation
  • My Student Record - for student programme enrolment, academic history and results
  • My Documents - for requests for official documents including letters and transcripts
  • My Research Degree Information - for postgraduate research students to track their milestone information and status
  • My Certificate Address - for entering degree certificate delivery address

Student eService upgrade: planned maintenance from 5 December 2019

During December we will be carrying out work on our student records system. From 6pm, Thursday 5 December you will be able to access Student eService to view your information but you will not be able to make any changes. Please carry out any required updates to your information before then.  

If you need to discuss an urgent change to your personal data or documentation evidence during December, please visit or contact the Student Hub at our South Kensington Campus, or email student.records@imperial.ac.uk.

Student eService is being replaced by a new student portal called My Imperial which will be available to you in January 2020. My Imperial will provide you with access to your personal details, academic history and results, supporting documentation and annual programme enrolment.

You will receive an email in January when My Imperial is ready for you to access. Until then, Student eService will continue to be available to you to view your information.

6 January All Student Email

Imperial’s new student portal, My Imperial, is now available to you to access!   

Login to my.imperial@ac.uk using your College username and password.  

My Imperial has replaced Student eService and will provide you with access to: 

  • your personal details 
  • academic history and results 
  • supporting documentation 
  • online programme enrolment

We are working hard to ensure that your information transitions smoothly from eService to My Imperial. If you notice that any of your details are incorrect, please update where you are able to, or email registry.systems@imperial.ac.uk with details including your College ID (CID) number. Please note that it may take some time for your changes to be processed. We will do this as quickly as we can.

For new students to upload their ID Photo.

My ID Photo is part of the registration process and enables new students to have their ID cards available upon arrival at College, allowing immediate access to rooms, services and discounts. This application enables new students to upload their ID photograph for the Security Office to approve based on College requirements.

For all students to view and maintain their personal details.

Student personal data is held securely by the College. The facility for students to be able to view, update and request data updates to their personal information will help ensure the accuracy and consistency of student data across the College.

My Passport, Visa and CAS

For overseas students to manage supporting documentation.

The Home Office requires the College to hold student passport details and visas for non-EEA nationals, and to provide students who hold a Tier 4 visa with their CAS number to support their visa application.  Students will upload a copy of their passport and visa (vignette, T4 or other) and maintain their passport and visa details during their studies. For students who hold a Tier 4 visa, the application will also display information provided by the College to the Home Office including their CAS details once generated for download and print as a supporting document for the visa application.

For student registration, enrolment on their programme of study for the academic year, access to their academic history and results.

This application will enable students to register with the College by checking their personal details and accepting the College terms and conditions for enrolment on their programme of study for the academic year, download an enrolment confirmation, and view their academic history and results.

My Certificate Address

For students to enter their degree certificate delivery address.

This application will allow students who are finishing their studies on an award bearing programme to enter the address to which they want their degree certificate sent.
