PST Satisfaction Survey 2021
The PST Survey was designed to measure and baseline end user satisfaction across Finance, HR, Research Administration and Student Management.
The survey was open from 12 November to 10 December 2021 and received 534 responses in total (compared to 541 in 2020). Representation was wide with respondents (by Department/Job Family) from across the College and more responses were received from the Academic and Research community compared to last year (+58%). Questions were asked with a scale for responses from Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree along with the opportunity for free text comment.
Following the survey, each area is now developing action plans in response to the feedback received.
