Summary

I am a PhD student in the Electrochemical Science and Engineering group at the Department of Earth Science and Engineering at Imperial College London.

My research focuses on the implementation of Machine Learning and pore-scale modeling for the design and optimisation of electrodes for energy storage technologies. I have worked in various topics that involve the development of a Pore-Network model for Redox Flow batteries electrodes; the development of 3D synthetic microstructures using Generative Adversarial Networks; and the implementation of Gaussian Processes and Bayesian optimisation for the design of optimum electrode microstructures.

I hold an  MPhil degree in Advanced Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge, and I graduated summa cum laude from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
