Summary

I am a research assistant at the Sustainable Gas Institute (SGI) working with the energy model MUSE. I joined the SGI in 2020 from Newcastle University following my PhD in computer science. During this time I used methods based on machine learning, reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems to develop long-term energy models of national energy systems. Previously, I studied an MEng in electrical and electronic engineering at University College London. 

My research interests lie at the intersection of macro-economic policy, computer science and technology and my current work primarily focuses on modelling energy systems. I have a particular interest in working on complex systems and how these make an impact in a global context.
