I am the Media, Outreach and Events Officer at the Grantham Institute - Climate Change and Environment, at Imperial College London. Contact me if you have media or public engagement requests, or if you have any questions about our events programme.
In my day-to-day I act as a central point of contact for the media, write news articles for the Institute, organise and run events and arrange the public engagement activities.
Before joining Imperial, I worked as a Communications Officer at the National Physical Laboratory for several years, and before that as a PR and Outreach Assistant at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory. I also have a BSc in Physics from the University of Surrey.
I am currently heading up the Grantham Art Prize activities, with our opening exhibition on 25 April 2019; I am co-coordinating the Greener Futures Zone at the Great Exhibition Road Festival on 29-30 June 2019; I lead our business outreach programme: Science in the City; and I am building a new community air pollution engagement programme with locals around Imperial's White City Campus.
