Anouk Zeeuw van der Laan received her BSc and MSc degrees in Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology where she focussed her MSc thesis on material design and characterisation. Before starting this PhD research, she worked in the FMCG industry in continuous improvement, procurement and R&D packaging.
