Adriana is a PhD student in the Computational, Cognitive and Clinical Neuroimaging Laboratory. She is funded by the Royal British Legion, Centre for Blast Injury Studies.

Her main research focuses on the development of neuroimaging biomarkers of blast-induced traumatic brain injury in veterans post-deployment. More specifically, understanding how blast-induced brain injuries differ from traumatic brain injuries more commonly seen in civilian populations. Other research interests include the development, validation and implementation of neuroimaging analysis tailored for subject-level analysis as compared to group-level analysis.

Before starting her PhD, Adriana completed her MSc in Translational Neuroscience at Imperial College in 2017.
