OVERVIEW

My research focuses on improving health for individuals in sub-Saharan Africa. Specifically, I have worked on optimising antiretroviral-based prevention strategies for pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and antiretroviral therapy for people living with HIV in eastern and southern Africa. I am also interested in issues of reproductive health and their intersection with HIV prevention.

I recently joined the team at Thanzi La Onse where I am focusing on non-communicable diseases, including diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.
