Summary
Bethyn's role in the International Relations Office supports the STEMMB Global Mobility Programme. STEMMB Global creates mobility opportunities for students in a range of high-quality placements and experiences in leading partner institutions across the world.
Key programmes that Bethyn supports include the International Research Opportunities Programme (IROP) for undergraduates and the Global Fellows Programme for postgraduate students. Bethyn also works with the Senior International Relations Officer (Education and Mobility) to review new SDG experiences which support the aims of the College's Global Development Hub.
Prior to joining Imperial College London, Bethyn was a qualified Languages teacher in secondary education and is a Teach First Ambassador. She completed her BA degree in Modern Foreign Languages at Newcastle University. During this time, Bethyn worked in the education sector in Germany and Spain.
