Summary

Craig joined Imperial Policy Forum (IPF), the College's policy engagement initiative, in 2021.

Craig currently leads IPF's work on emerging/deep tech, including developing policy engagement activities on topics such as quantum science and technology, AI regulation, public health data and health inequalities, and online safety and encryption.

Prior to joining Imperial College London, Craig worked for five years at The University of Manchester's Policy@Manchester unit, where he specialised in policy engagement on behalf of the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health.

Before moving into Higher Education, Craig worked in various local and nationally-focused roles with the Liberal Democrats - including working for three Members of Parliament, for the Association of Liberal Democrat Councillors, and working closely with the Local Government Association.

Outside of his professional roles, Craig financed and managed a part-time PhD in political theory and history, awarded by Durham University in 2021.
