The Formation and Evolution of Cyprus and Troodos Ophiolite: Evidence from Broadband Seismology

1st year Seismology PhD student with Dr Ian Bastow using global earthquakes to better understand the structure of the crust beneath Cyprus, as well as determining how the Troodos Ophiolite was formed. This will be achieved using a combination of Receiver Functions, Surface Waves and Body Wave Tomography.

Also a graduate teaching assistant for Passive Seismology, the Physics of Planet Earth and the 2nd Year undergraduate fieldtrip to Cyprus.
