Teacher, Thermodynamics (A111). (Undergraduate)

Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer - AERO40009

Aims

The course provides a unified introduction to thermodynamics, gas dynamics, and heat transfer for students of aeronautics. It serves as a foundation for more advanced courses, particularly propulsion and aerodynamics, which are taken in the second and third years of the degree programme.

Role

Lecturer

Applications of Fluid Dynamics S5 - AERO70006 / 97006

Aims

This module explores a number of applications of fluid dynamics to areas within and beyond aeronautics, in fields such as wind energy, bio-fluid mechanics, and road vehicle aerodynamics. At the same time the course will deepen the understanding of the physics and governing equations of fluid dynamics.

Role

Lecturer
