I graduated from the STRATiGRAD programme with a PhD in Biomedical Machine Learning in September 2017.

My thesis was titled "Integration and visualisation of clinical-metabolic datasets for medical-decision making" and can be read here. The two main projects of my PhD were:

Other notable projects:

Since November 2016 I've worked as a healthcare data scientist at IQVIA and other organisations, leveraging large proprietary EHR databases, advanced machine learning models and distributed computing frameworks to build cutting edge patient detection systems that facilitate precision medicine and automated medical diagnosis making at population level.

As a visiting researcher at Imperial, I am maintaining the CorrMapper service and as lead data scientist I help to build the Trusted Research Environment for  the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics (a project lead by Professor Manjinder Sandhu).
