Summary
Dhurka started as a clinical research fellow at Imperial College in October 2020. Her main research interest is, looking at how multi-spectral imaging can be used as an intra-operative tool, to assess if adequate margin excision has been performed in breast conserving surgery.
Dhurka is a General Surgical Registrar in the North East Thames rotation, and has taken time out of training to complete this research work. She studied pre-clinical medicine at Cambridge University, and completed her degree at Imperial College London.
