  • Reinforcement learning in bioprocess systems engineering
  • Surrogate modelling for multi-scale complex biosystems
  • Superstructure based biorefinery design and process integration
  • Machine learning based multi-level framework for industrial process optimisation
  • Physically derived rigorous modelling for multi-scale biosystems
