Summary

Dr Emma Keeling is the Associate Dean for Education Partnerships.  She is the academic lead for LKCMedicine and the project lead for the Cumbria School of Medicine.

Emma has led the development of Cumbria School of Medicine through a partnership with University of Cumbria.  The school will open in 2025 with an initial intake of 50 students (subject to all necessary approvals). 

Emma joined the London Office of LKCMedicine in 2018 and remains the academic lead for LKCMedicine.  Emma was part of the curriculum development team and led the curriculum review and renewal process for the first 2 years of the MBBS programme. 

Emma joined Imperial as a clinical teaching fellow in the undergraduate primary care team in 2013 and has been involved in course design, admissions and assessment in ICSM.  Emma is general practitioner working in the NHS.

Emma’s interests include educational collaboration, international medical education, curriculum design and digital learning.
