Evangelos is a postdoctoral researcher in the Electrochemical Science and Engineering group. His research is focused on system-scale environmental sustainability analysis to guide environmental policy and decision-making. Specifically, he combines life cycle assessment (LCA), techno-economic analysis (TEA) and material flow analysis (MFA), with applications to electrochemical energy storage and transport systems. 

Evangelos received a PhD from the Department of Earth Science and Engineering, using LCA and TEA to study lithium-ion battery manufacturing, operation in electric vehicles and recycling.
