  • 30+ years research experience in biomass energy and related areas (biomass research assessment, biofuels, technical, socio-economic, and environmental implications of biomass energy, agriculture, bioenergy and food security .
  • Working on EU funded Projects on Biomass Energy since early 1990s
  • Consultant to the Rockefeller Foundation''s Global Environmental Leadership Programme, 1991-1992
  • Consultant in biomass energy for over 30 years (e.g. BUN, FAO, The Beijer Institute/SEI, UNDPCSD, Shell International, WEC, OTA of the US Congress, DTI, SOPAC-South Pacific Applied Geo-science Commission, etc)
