Fengzhen Sun is post-doc research associate in Mechanics of Materials, Department of Mechanical Engineering. His research interests include the fracture mechanics of structural adhesive joints, adhesive bonding of similar/dissimilar materials, surface pretreatment, plasticity of polymers, mechanics of material cutting/machining. His research is funded by the Innovate UK RACEForm grant.
