Summary
I am currently undertaking a secondment as a Communications Manager in the College's Change and Operational Improvement team until November 2023. In this role, I am responsible for developing communications strategies and plans to support the broad range of activities and projects taking place across Change and OI.
I have been a Communications Manager based in the College's Faculty of Medicine since January 2018.
In 2021, my colleagues in the Faculty of Medicine and Press Office and I were awarded the President's Award for Excellence in Societal Engagement.
I am also currently studying for a CIPR Specialist Diploma in Digital Communications.
Career history
I joined Imperial in October 2014 after graduating with a first-class honours degree (BA English) from the University of Exeter. I have worked as a Section Manager for the Divisions of Brain Science and Experimental Medicine in the former Department of Medicine, and as Communications Officer for the Department of Chemical Engineering.
