Summary
Summary
Second year PhD student in the Novel Reservoir Modelling and Simulation (NORMS) group, supervised by Prof. Matt Jackson and Dr. Pablo Salinas. The project focusses on modelling of geothermal reservoirs using IC-FERST, a 3-dimensional reservoir simulator based on a double control-volume finite element formulation and dynamic mesh optimisation. The project will include both development of the code's capabilities as well as its application to problems such as modelling of aquifer thermal energy storage deployments.
Member of the Transition to Zero Pollution Cohort, as a part of the Science and Solutions for Climate Change DTP of the Grantham Institute.
