Hae-Kyung is a Research Associate at Gandhi Centre, Imperial College Business School. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behaviour from Imperial College Business School. Prior to her PhD, she has degrees of MSc in Human Resource Management, Post-Graduate in Psychology (UK) and Bachelor in Physics (South Korea).
Her research interest resides in the intersection of the Organizational behaviour and Marketing, which concerns about managing frontline service employees. More specifically, she is examining the psychological and behavioural implications of using customer ratings in their performance review. Currently, she is working on a behavioural construct that integrates previously disconnected domains of Organizational behaviour and Marketing.
Prior to pursuing an academic career in UK, she worked for Asiana Airlines in South Korea as a purser in-flight and a manager of cabin crew team. Currently, she acts as an advisor to Hyundai Merchant Marine, Europe and HR consultant as an Associate member of CIPD.
