Summary

Hannah leads the administrative support for the Gandhi Centre for Inclusive Innovation (GCII), working closely with clients, academics and students to manage their needs and expectations. She is responsible for organising the logistics of individual programmes from beginning to end to ensure participant and client needs are met.

Hannah supports the Director of the GCII in shaping strategy, building relationships with industry and government representatives, and generating value through identifying and pursuing opportunities. Hannah took up this post in December 2013, assisting the previous director of the Centre, Professor Gerry George.

Prior to this, Hannah worked at the University of Southampton in a student-facing role, leading the assessment and special considerations team. Hannah has experience in programme management, quality assurance, student data management systems, marketing and recruitment, and in her current role looking after the day-today activity of the GCII, she manages GCII networks through conferences, workshops, Summer Schools, events and publications, whilst aiming to increase the profile of the Centre via e-newsletters and website.

Hannah has a keen interest in publication and editorial writing, providing editorial assistance to the current Editor-in-Chief of the Academy of Management Journal (AMJ) on a freelance basis.
