Summary
Heather is responsible for facilitating the effective and efficient running of the Provost’s Office within the complex College and wider Higher Education environment, coordinating with senior staff and colleagues across the College.
Heather ensures that the Provost is provided with appropriate briefings, presentations and research to enable him to undertake his day to day activities effectively. Heather acts as the conduit to help information flow smoothly and so that decisions can be taken effectively and as quickly as possible.
Prior to joining the Provost’s Office in June 2023, Heather spent nearly 18 years working in Advancement in Higher Education. Heather started her Advancement career in the UK in 2005 at Imperial working in both Alumni Relations and Regular Giving. After leading the Regular Giving programme at the London School of Economics and Political Science, Heather returned Imperial College London in 2013 as Head of Regular Giving. In 2019, Heather moved to Advancement Operations as Deputy Director to support the fundraising, alumni relations and events work of the Division.
