He is the Research Director of Sonalee Laboratory, which is involved in Marfan syndrome and other related connective tissue genetic disorders like TAAD, EL, scoliosis, EDS, and so many others.

• Discovery of new drugs for Marfan syndrome using tissue from patients

• Discovery of new genes for TAAD (Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm and Dissection)

• Discovery of new genes for EL (Ectopia Lentis)

• Discovery of new genes for scoliosis
