Overview

RESEARCH TOPICS

My research interest is focused on the application of distributed algorithms to solve resource allocation problems in networked environments.

 

My current research interests are focused on:

- Stochastic Monitoring, Anomaly Detection and Networks Performance Estimation;

- Intelligent Transportation Systems;

- Information and Communication Technology Applications for Power Systems, and

- Resource Allocation in Dynamic Topolgy Networks (MANET, Sensor, Satellites): Routing and Service Delivery.

 

My research interests in the past have also included:

- Application of intelligent agent systems and distributed algorithms to solve telecommunication networks problems;

- Revenue Management in Multiservice Systems and Communication Networks;

- Fair and Efficient Allocation Network Resources (Load control and routing strategies), and

- Robust Communication System design and Fault-tolerant Networks.
