Summary

I am the Data Science Skills Leader within the Graduate School at Imperial College London. I work with colleagues across the College to design and deliver high quality training in the programming, statistics and machine learning skills that are essential for today's scientific research. My research interests are chiefly in computational systems biology, drawing together information from macromolecular sequences, protein structures, biological networks and other experimental data to study the evolution and function of biological systems.
