Jen Richardson is an Honorary Teaching Fellow at Imperial College, London and an Intensive Care Resident at the Hammersmith Hospital. She has a BSc in Surgery & Anaesthesia and an MA in Ethics and currently teaches on the Medical Ethics and Foundations of Clinical Practice courses as well as moderating for Pathology WebCT. In 2010 West MIddlesex University Hospital and Imperial College jointly awarded her a Teaching Hero award for her work with clinical medical students. She is part of a working group for developing opportunities for research electives and has recently co-authored ethics modules for the national e-Learning for Healthcare programme.
Her current research project focuses on the deposition of nano-particles in the respiratory tract. She is also working on her ability to write about herself in the third person.
